After winning the regional finals, Ollie (Middle Fifth) represented the west region in the 2024 Junior Inter-regional rowing championships on April 20 and gained a gold medal in this British rowing event. The regatta was held in Nottingham at the national water sports centre and brought in crews aged J14 to J16 from England, Scotland and Wales. Racing in the J15 single sculls category Ollie managed to produce the fastest time in the time trials and went on to win 1st place in a thrilling final.
