The U11 girls’ hockey team travelled to Millfield yesterday to compete in the IAPS hockey regional round. Not only did they win every game, but they also went the whole day without conceding a single goal. The day culminated in a final against hosts Millfield and a fantastic 2 – 0 win to be crowned regional champions They have now qualified for the national finals which will take place at Haileybury in November. Well done to Mrs Wopshott for her fantastic coaching and keeping the girls motivated throughout. We cant wait to hear about their trip to finals day.
