Exeter Schools Athletic Trials

Last Thursday (9 May) nearly 40 pupils from Third Form up to Middle Fifth competed at the Exeter Schools Athletics Trials. It was great to see so many pupils competing at a range of events. There were some notable performances including Arthur finishing 1^st in the Year 7 boys 800m, Penelope 1^st in the Inter Girls 1500m, Sophie 1^st in Inter Girls 800m, George 1^st in the Year 7 javelin and Faith finishing 1^st in the Junior Girls 200m. We are awaiting the news for those that have qualified into the next round at the Exeter v East Devon Schools Athletics Trials on Thursday the 22 of May.
