Ali, in Form One, has been recognised by Topsham Rugby Club as their first ever Junior Supporter of the Year. He was given this award not only for his dedication as a player but also for the support he regularly gives to the men’s and women’s senior teams.
As well as playing for the U8s, Ali often volunteers his time by helping at senior fixtures at weekends. He has been a ball boy, water carrier, part of the guard of honour and gives words of encouragement to injured players; always giving his time and energy with a big smile.
Ali’s teamwork, kindness and willingness to help out really embody our school virtues and we’re proud of the way he is having such a positive impact as well as helping to inspire other junior members at the club. Congratulations Ali!
