The City of Plymouth music, speech and drama festival took place this weekend with two Exeter School pupils scooping up the cups and medals. Both Andrew (Third Form) and Simon (Upper One) won two first prizes and one second prize each at piano competitions in the music festival.
Andrew won the first prize in the classes of Baroque music and piano recital, as well as silver medal in the piano solo grade 7 and 8 class.
Simon won first prize in the class of piano solo for 9 years and under, and in the class of sonatas and sonatinas, as well as silver medal in the class of piano solo grade 3 and 4.
