Caroline Smyth – Forest School Leader, Reception Teacher

Caroline joined Exeter Pre-Prep School in 2012, having previously taught across the Foundation Stage at Wynstream Primary School in Exeter and St Peter’s Prep School in Lympstone, where she also managed their school holiday scheme. During her time at Exeter Pre-Prep School, Caroline has been the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer, PE Lead, Nursery Teacher and Foundation Stage Leader. On returning to school after having her third child, she now teaches two days a week. As a qualified Forest School practitioner, Caroline leads weekly sessions with all classes on Thursdays, and teaches Reception on Fridays. In her spare time, she enjoys physical activities with her family, walking, and teaching tennis and swimming.
