Exeter School Hosts Exciting Devon Hardball Cricket Finals

Exeter School was delighted to welcome teams from across the county as hosts of the Devon Hardball Finals, providing a fantastic day of competitive cricket and sporting camaraderie.

Among the schools taking part were Exeter Junior School’s talented U11 cricketers, who produced an excellent series of performances throughout the tournament. Demonstrating skill, teamwork and determination, the team progressed through the competition to secure a well-deserved place in the final.

A Day of Outstanding Cricket

Playing on home turf, the Exeter Junior School U11 team rose to the occasion against strong opposition from across Devon. Throughout the day, the players showcased impressive batting, disciplined bowling and energetic fielding, earning praise for their positive attitude and commitment.

Each match brought new challenges, but the team responded with resilience and confidence, working together to deliver some memorable cricket.

After an outstanding day of cricket, Exeter Junior School finished as runners-up in the Devon Hardball Finals. While narrowly missing out on the top spot, the team’s achievement reflects the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm they have shown throughout the season.
