Middle Fifth art pupils recently enjoyed a fascinating workshop with sculptor James Lake, learning how to design and build detailed shoe sculptures made from cardboard. His visit showed how everyday materials can be transformed into impressive works of art, as well as highlighting the power of art to be sustainable and inclusive. We look forward to welcoming James back next Thursday, when he will lead a portrait sculpture session with our art scholars.
