Yesterday marked the end of our Upper Sixth’s time at Exeter School before their study leave commenced. Families were able to celebrate the achievements of their sons and daughters during the annual graduation assembly and the main hall was packed with proud parents supporting their children as they move onto their next steps. The assembly was a chance to celebrate the Upper Sixth with a roll of honour and congratulations for every leaving pupil as well as the awarding of a wide array of topics.
It was a wonderful event – one shaped and, largely, presented by the pupils themselves – and was a true reflection of this fantastic year group and all they have accomplished in their time as Exonians. We thank the leavers for all they have done to make Exeter School the wonderful community that it is today, and we wish them every success in their exams.
Following the assembly, attendees were able to enjoy a drinks reception in the spring sunshine, before returning to the main hall for a fabulous buffet lunch.
As they join the alumni community, we remind them that we are always here for them and that we hope to stay in touch as we chart their progress in the future, at university and beyond.
