On Saturday, February 3, Greendale Farm Shop was abuzz with entrepreneurial spirit as pupils from Exeter School’s Enterprise teams showcased their business acumen. The event featured two teams: South West Soaps and Shore Collections. South West Soaps captivated attendees with their range of ethically sourced and environmentally friendly soaps, while Shore Collections offered unique, bespoke jewellery made from naturally formed sea glass. The aim of the day was to provide these young entrepreneurs with real-world experience in selling to the public, a vital skill in today’s competitive market. Both teams demonstrated remarkable professionalism and creativity, impressing customers with their innovative products. This Young Enterprise event not only highlighted the importance of supporting local businesses but also showcased the potential of these pupils to aspire and flourish in tough economic conditions.
