Elizabeth Richards – Co-Deputy Head of Exeter Pre-Prep School

Lizzie joined Exeter Pre-Prep School in September 2013, following education experience in a range of settings and counties. Before training as a teacher at the University of Exeter, she completed a languages degree at Durham University and subsequently worked for the wine company, Berry Bros. & Rudd, in London, liaising between French producers and English customers. Lizzie previously held the role of Head of Key Stage 1 and now has whole-school responsibility for academic leadership. She teaches in Year 2 and is also subject leader for mathematics and French. Lizzie leads our school productions and the weekly singing assembly. She has two young children and in her spare time she enjoys singing with Exeter Chamber Choir, wild swimming and walking.
