We are looking to appoint a part-time learning support administrator to join our school, a school of great character, to start in September 2025.
This role is for 10 hours per week, term time only. Key responsibilities will include managing calendars for pupil meetings, recording detailed meeting notes, and serving as a point of communication between parents and coordinators. The post holder will be responsible for completing online forms for access arrangements, supporting the preparation of pupil strategy sheets, and collating learning support details for weekly reporting. A vital part of the role will be ensuring that pupil information is accurately updated on school systems such as iSAMS and CPOMS.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting pupils’ learning journeys. This is an onsite role. We are looking to appoint a part-time fixed term swimming coach to join our school, a school of great character, from September 2025.
Working within our sports team, the post-holder will provide coaching to pupils aged 8 to 18 years old. Applicants should have Level 2 swim coaching award and can plan and manage effective training sessions, tracking swimmer progress and adjusting training accordingly. Applicants will also have an in-depth understanding of swimming strokes, techniques, starts, and turns and ability to analyse and correct form effectively.
Specific qualifications, experience and/or training should be made clear on your application, and all will be advantageous in the application process.
This is a part-time position from the start of September 2025 until the end April 2026 term-time only. The hours of work are approximately 5.5 hours per week.

We are looking to appoint a Finance administrator to join our school, a school of great character, to start immediately.
This post provides comprehensive support to the finance departments of Exeter School and Exeter Pre-Prep School. The role is primarily responsible for managing the purchase ledger, supporting departmental budget control, contributing to the preparation of monthly management accounts, and performing general finance and administrative duties as required.
Applicants will have experience of accounting/financial administration having worked in a busy office environment. They will of course have good literacy and numeracy skills, a good level of IT skills including experience of a computerised accounting system, excellent knowledge of Excel, sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
This is a full-time, permanent post working 37.5 hours per week 8.30 to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (on site). We are looking to appoint a senior infrastructure and cloud engineer to join our school, a school of great character, to start as soon as possible.
This role focuses on leading the school’s transition to cloud infrastructure, ensuring system security, and modernising IT systems. This post manages Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking systems, oversees projects related to virtual infrastructure, CCTV, and MDM platforms, and provides technical expertise for system improvements.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing enterprise-level cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, along with extensive expertise in network management, security, VPNs, and firewalls. A security-focused mindset and experience with MDM platforms, including Microsoft Intune and JAMF, are essential.
