Ms Cox led a spooktacular Comets Club session on Tuesday, as Upper Two pupils ventured into some of the school’s most atmospheric corners to craft their own scary verses.
Armed with torchlights, they cast eerie shadows and used them as inspiration to create similes and metaphors that transformed familiar objects into something far more mysterious in the dark.
The session perfectly captured the spirit of Comets Club, which offers pupils the chance to explore ideas beyond the classroom through imaginative and challenging enrichment activities.
