English Touring Opera visits Exeter School

On the last week of term, we were lucky enough to have the English Touring Opera (ETO) perform ‘The Great Stink’ at Exeter School. We had three performances for our pupils as well as visitors from local primary schools. The ETO’s performance of the great stink was an incredibly topical and informative one, as it explored climate change and the environment, as well as water pollution and the way we dispose of sewage. The children were delighted with the performance that was both enriching and entertaining.

The ETO even took a poll to see how many students enjoyed opera at the end – and it was an incredibly positive outcome! We are grateful to ETO for visiting our school, and pleased that the children had such a fantastic time.

For more information on The English Touring Opera and their production of ‘The Great Stink’, check out their website here.

A very successful outcome on the poll!
