Devon Junior Chess Championships

A group of junior school pupils travelled to the Devon Junior Chess Championships at Teign School, Kingsteignton on 2 December 2023. Every player played six games, all against different players from a mixture of local schools. At the end of the tournament, trophies were presented to the leading players and a special mention must go to Toby, who won the Champions Trophies for the Under 9s age category! It was lots of fun!
