Biology Challenge competitors win four Gold Awards
20,000 pupils nationally participated online
The Biology Challenge is a national biology competition organised by the British Biology Olympiad for pupils in Year 9 and Year 10. The Biology Department entered 51 of our Year 10 pupils, who completed the online test in March, competing alongside 20,000 pupils from other schools.
Four Exeter School pupils achieved Gold Awards, eight were awarded Silver and seven Bronze. In addition, eight of our pupils achieved Highly Commended awards and seven were commended.
Well done to all those who took part, but particular congratulations to William Bell, Lewis Molyneux, Alex Porter and David Salmon, our Gold Award winners.
