Hildesheim Exchange over 40 Years Old
Exeter School welcomes pupils from the Scharnhorstgymnasium Hildesheim

A group of pupils from the
Scharnhorstgymnasium in Hildesheim in Germany, seen here with some of their English hosts, visited Exeter School in the last week of February as part of this year's exchange between the two schools. During the week they enjoyed attending lessons, sampling a Devon cream tea, a city tour and several excursions.
The exchange was started in the late 1960s, usually runs every two years and has led over the years to some very long-standing friendships.
