Boys' Hockey

Saturday 12 January

"The first boys’ hockey fixtures of the season got off to a flying start against Blundell’s School," said Mr Jones.

"Despite the quick turnaround from the Christmas break, the boys were keen to start their seasons and turned out in good numbers. There were some particularly pleasing performances – lots of pleasing things to work with – goals being scored and goalkeepers working hard to keep the ball out!

U18 National Cup

1st XI v King's Ottery - won 2 - 0

"The U18s got their National Cup up and running with a pleasing 2-0 victory over The King's School, Ottery," said Mr Jones. "They will now face Taunton School in the second round."

U15A VII v Wellington - won 24 - 16

"The girls held their own in a really physical match with some great shooting from Sophie Maund, Kareena Pandit and Lauren Hughes," said Miss Lunn.
