An opportunity to network
Exeter School was delighted to welcome alumni, parents and members of the local business community to our latest business networking evening on 7 February. The event, which was run by the Alumni Office to support the school community, was a great success with around 40 guests attending.
As well as a chance to network and chat, guests also heard from social entrepreneur Kalkidan Legesse who co-founded local ethical fashion shop Sancho’s. She educated and inspired us all with a thought provoking talk on the impact that the fashion industry is having on both the environment and human lives across the world.
Director of Development and Alumni Relations Rachael Magee thanked the event sponsor WBW Solicitors LLP for their support of the evening.
“Congratulations to Stephen McCaffery (1989-1996), who was the lucky winner in our business card prize draw,” she said. “He took home a magnum of Champagne courtesy of Regency Wines to whom we are very grateful."
