Geographers go large

Dawlish Warren

Middle Fifth Geographers enjoyed a pleasant day out at Dawlish Warren investigating coastal landscapes in a local context.

They demonstrated some impressive knowledge of coastal landforms and processes of erosion and longshore drift, as well as collecting a range of data for their GCSE physical fieldwork projects.

Head of Geography Phil Hyde said: “Pupils brought a cheery and enthusiastic attitude to the day and were a pleasure to be out with.”
