U18 Boys' Hockey Devon Finals

Team to represent Devon at West Preliminary round

Tuesday 24 January saw the U18 Exeter School boys compete in the Devon Schools' Hockey Final. They put on strong performances against Kelly College (winning 1-0), Plymouth College (winning 1-0) and Torquay Boys Grammar School (winning 2-0). The match against King's School, Ottery St Mary was well fought; their goalkeeper made some excellent saves to keep the game at 0-0. Our squad narrowly missed winning the tournament, just losing out to South Dartmoor College in the last game of the day.

A remarkable day of hockey; the team played fantastically well despite missing several players due to AS/A2 modular exams.

They will now represent Devon at the West Preliminary round on Sunday 26 February at Millfield School.
