Comets create fireworks
After-school club session in science laboratories
On Thursday 6th October, we went with Comets Club over to the Senior School Science Labs. The subject was fireworks, with Dr Smale. It was a very exciting experience. First we had a talk on fireworks, and then we made our own sparklers.
As the club was so popular, we were split into two groups. The other group did Physics and were experimenting with toys. We enjoyed having this experience and look forward to another Comets Club in the future.
